You will be able in your admin area to generate and copy an easy html code to be pasted in your website, this code will create on your page a buy now button.
  • What credit cards are accepted ?

    At the present time Visa and MasterCard are accepted, soon also AMEX will be available.
  • Do I need to register a Company to use your service?

    No, you do not need register a Company, personal accounts and business accounts are welcome but please note that ONLY Companies can register a PRO account with us.
  • What are the difference registering a business or a personal account?

    		•
    Basically there is no difference and both the kinds of account have access to the same features. In case you register a personal account you have to provide to us personal documents, in case you register a business account you must provide to us documents regarding your Company.
  • What are the difference registering a PRO or a LITE account?

    You must send to us the same documents, in case you register for a LITE service your documents will remain with AsianPay Co. Ltd and we will keep them strictly confidential. In case you register for a PRO service these documents can be forwarded to Visa, MasterCard so these companies can verify and approve the merchant accounts and to allow them to enable further protection level like Verify by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
  • What are fees involved in a PRO or a LITE account?

    If you subscribe a PRO service there is a SET UP FEE of 49 USD, if you subscribe a LITE service there is no SET UP FEE. A service charge for each transaction at the rate of 4% of the total amount of payments for products and/or services that uses VISA and MasterCard credit cards, including delivery fee (if any).4.75% will be charged for AMEX. Please note that in case of PRO service and a weekly or biweekly settlement of the Shop bank account a 10% of the transaction volume will be kept for 90 days as reserved funds in order to cover possible charge backs or fraudulent transactions.
  • How I can apply?

    You must fill in the form online and follow the instructions we will send to you via e-mail. You will have to send to us copy of the required documentation plus the service agreement (duly signed) to our address, you can also visit our office and apply in person. For security reasons we can not accept copies by fax or copies uploaded via email. All the document must be dated and signed in every page.
  • What kind of documents do you need from me?

    For AsianPay™ LITE business account.

    a) copy of ID card or Passport of the owner of the Company
    b) copy of the Incorporation Document
    c) copy of a bank statement not older than 2 months
    d) copy of an utility bill (electric, water, internet, telephone) not older than 2 months
    e) copy of AsianPay.biz service agreement duly signed

    for For AsianPay™ LITE personal account.

    a) copy of ID card or Passport
    b) copy of Residence Certificate (Thailand only)
    c) copy of a bank statement not older than 2 months
    d) copy of an utility bill (electric, water, internet, telephone) not older than 2 months
    e) copy of AsianPay.biz service agreement duly signed

    For AsianPay™ PRO business account

    a) copy of ID card or Passport of the owner of the Company
    b) copy of the Incorporation Document
    c) copy of the Company by Law
    d) copy of a bank statement not older than 2 months
    e) copy of an utility bill (electric, water, internet, telephone) not older than 2 months
    f) copy of the data of the Domain Registration of your website
    g) copy of AsianPay.biz service agreement duly signed
  • How long it takes to activate my account with you?

    If you have applied for a AsianPay™ LITE service after we have received your documents we will be able to activate your account within 24h. In case you have applied for AsianPay PRO it will take 15 days.
  • How does AsianPay.biz return the money to the members?

    		•
    When a buyer pays money using the Credit Card and AsianPay.biz the system will inform you by email of the payment, in this way you will know the details of the order and of the payment done.
    AsianPay.biz system will pay you on the 10th of the following month, every month. For example, the total income of the sales of your online Shop for the month of January will be collected by AsianPay.biz and will be wired to your bank account the 10th of Febuary less 4% for the service charge. You will be able to login into your admin area and check your daily or monthly income at any time.

    If you have selected AsianPay™ PRO and a weekly or biweekly settlement you will receive the payment accordingly. Please note that in case of a weekly or biweekly settlement of your account a 10% of the transaction volume will be kept for 90 days as reserved funds in order to cover possible charge backs or fraudulent transactions.
  • How secure is AsianPay.biz?
